Mobile Bartending for Weddings, Events & Parties Across the Front Range
Nomad Bar Co. is a Longmont-based mobile bartending company serving Boulder County, Denver, Fort Collins and the rest of Colorado’s Front Range. Thomas and Stuart bring over 20 years of combined bartending experience and a craft cocktail approach to weddings, corporate events and private parties.
Choose from three packages: Beer & Wine at $1 per guest per hour, Standard Cocktail at $2, or Premium Cocktail at $3 with handmade syrups and a custom signature menu. Each package adds a $300 fee per bartender and has a 4-hour minimum. Events with 50+ guests need two bartenders for cocktail service, and 75+ guests for beer and wine.
Colorado is a dry-hire state, so you purchase the alcohol and we bring everything else: bartenders, bar setup, ice, mixers, garnishes and cups. We’ll send a shopping list built around your menu, so you know exactly what to buy.
Mobile Bar Packages & Pricing
Beer & Wine Service
$1/guest/hour + $300/bartender
Simple and easy: beer, wine, seltzers and soft drinks. Perfect for casual gatherings. We handle cups, napkins, ice and all the extras.
4-hour minimum. 2 bartenders required for 75+ guests.
Standard Cocktail Service
$2/guest/hour + $300/bartender
Everything in Beer & Wine plus standard mixed drinks with juice and/or soda. A full bar experience without all the fuss.
4-hour minimum. 2 bartenders required for 50+ guests.
Premium Cocktail Service
$3/guest/hour + $300/bartender
The full experience: handmade syrups, fresh juices and a custom signature cocktail menu designed for your event.
4-hour minimum. 2 bartenders required for 50+ guests.
Colorado is a dry-hire state: you provide the alcohol, and we bring the bartenders, bar, ice, mixers, garnishes and cups.
Meet the Team
We're Thomas and Stuart — two bartenders who met working at a Longmont sports bar over a decade ago. We went our separate ways to sharpen our craft: Stuart became the tequila guy at Jefes on Main Street, while Thomas nerded out on whiskey at Westside Tavern in the historic Westside neighborhood.
Along the way, we won Boulder County awards, built cocktail programs, and created plenty of original recipes. But we stayed friends — and when we helped out at a friend's event, everything clicked. We realized we had the skills, the connections, and the shared vision to build something of our own.
