We're Thomas and Stuart — two bartenders who met working at a Longmont sports bar over a decade ago. We went our separate ways to sharpen our craft: Stuart became the tequila guy at Jefes on Main Street, while Thomas nerded out on whiskey at Westside Tavern in the historic Westside neighborhood.

Along the way, we won Boulder County awards, built cocktail programs, and created plenty of original recipes. But we stayed friends — and when we helped out at a friend's event, everything clicked. We realized we had the skills, the connections, and the shared vision to build something of our own.
